A signed PDF with a certificate
When everyone has signed, the original pages stay as they were and a certificate page follows: who signed, when, from which IP address and browser, and the file's SHA-256, then the audit trail. Each signer gets a copy by email.
Otto reads the signed contract
Otto, the AI in Omniscient, reads the signed contract for its dates, renewal terms, notice period, value and key obligations. Each suggestion shows its quote and page, and nothing is saved until a person confirms it.
Renewal alerts before the notice date
Contracts move to Active, Expiring and Expired on their own dates. The owner gets a notice and an email 90, 60 and 30 days before the renewal notice date, and Renewals coming up lists what is due next.

Which files can I upload?
PDF or Word (.docx) files up to 25 MB. Each upload becomes a new version of the contract, and earlier versions stay as they were.
Does Omniscient write or draft contracts?
No. Omniscient has no contract templates and never writes contract text. Your contracts are the files you upload. Otto only reads them to suggest dates and terms, each with its quote, for a person to confirm.
How does signing work?
Send the approved version to up to ten signers, in order or all at once. Each signer opens a private link, confirms their name and email, agrees to sign electronically and types or draws a signature. When everyone has signed, you get a signed PDF with a certificate page and an audit trail.
What if the other side wants changes?
They can send back a changed file from the signing page instead of signing. It becomes a new version and goes back to review, and you can compare it with the version you sent.
What does Otto read?
Parties, effective date, term, end date, auto-renewal, notice period, renewal notice date, value, payment terms, termination rights and key obligations, each with a quote and a page from the file. A suggestion whose quote isn't in the file is dropped, and nothing is saved until a person confirms it.
Can I bring in contracts I already signed?
Yes. Upload them as already signed. Otto reads them the same way, and renewal alerts start once their dates are confirmed.
