Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Perceptric ("Omniscient", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Omniscient, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can agree for it.
1. The service
Omniscient is a CRM that reads the email and calendar accounts you connect and builds contacts, companies and deals from them. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a major paid feature, we will tell you first.
2. Accounts
You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do. Tell us right away at hello@tryomniscient.com if you think someone got into your account.
3. Early access and pricing
Omniscient is in early access and free to use for now. Before we start charging, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead and show the prices. You will only be charged if you choose a paid plan.
4. Connected email accounts
Only connect email accounts you are allowed to use for work. Omniscient reads them, sends only emails you approved (when you click Send, or from a workflow you published), and never deletes or changes anything in them. You can disconnect at any time in Settings. How we handle this data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your content and your contacts
You own the content in your workspace, including the contacts, companies and deals Omniscient creates from your accounts. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to keep business records about the people you email and meet with.
6. AI output
Omniscient uses AI for some features. AI summaries, suggestions and drafts can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts before you rely on them or send them to anyone.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- use Omniscient to send spam or to collect data about people you have no business relationship with;
- upload malware, or try to break into or overload the service;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will warn you first.
8. Third-party services
Omniscient connects to services like Google and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.
9. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Omniscient running, but we do not promise it will never go down. Support is by email at hello@tryomniscient.com.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public content and data confidential and only use it to run the service.
11. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms, Omniscient is provided "as is". We do not promise any specific sales or business result.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost data. Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. These limits do not apply to fraud, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Omniscient at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may end these terms if you seriously break them and do not fix it within 14 days of our notice. After the end, you can export your data for 30 days. Then we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Omniscient after that, the new terms apply.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Perceptric is established. Disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
16. Contact
Perceptric. Email: hello@tryomniscient.com.
