HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation software that runs outreach from many LinkedIn accounts at once, with every reply in one unified inbox. If you're comparing HeyReach alternatives, it probably covers part of your setup and leaves you paying for, or patching together, the rest.

We built the LinkedIn sending engine inside Omniscient this year, so we read HeyReach's pricing page and help center with more than casual interest. Below are the eight alternatives we'd shortlist in 2026, sorted by the reason you're leaving.

If you're short on time, here's where we'd start:

  • Pick Omniscient if you want LinkedIn outreach inside a CRM that fills itself in.
  • Pick Expandi if you want email follow ups and an automatic warmup in one LinkedIn tool.
  • Pick Skylead if you run an agency and want one price for 25 seats with cold email included.
  • Pick La Growth Machine or lemlist if every rep runs LinkedIn and email from one plan.
  • Pick Dripify if a small team wants LinkedIn and email steps in a visual builder.
  • Pick Waalaxy if you do outreach on your own and want simple monthly quotas.
  • Pick Linked Helper if the price per LinkedIn account matters most and a desktop app is fine.

What HeyReach does well

HeyReach's homepage headline promises "Unlimited senders, one fixed cost," and its Agency and Unlimited plans are built around that promise. Here's what its pricing page lists today:

  • Growth costs $79 per sender a month, or $64 billed yearly, with unlimited campaigns, a unified inbox, the API, webhooks and an MCP server.
  • Agency costs $999 a month for 25 senders, with a 50 sender option, and adds white label, done for you onboarding and a dedicated Slack channel. On this plan you bring your own proxies.
  • Unlimited costs $2,999 a month, with a fair use cap of 300 senders.
  • The pricing FAQ offers a free trial of 14 days with no card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. Agency or Unlimited teams can request one of 30 days.

With 25 or more client accounts, one flat bill and one inbox across all of them is hard to beat, so HeyReach may still be your best fit. Our guide to LinkedIn automation tools for agencies compares the agency plans.

Why teams look for a HeyReach alternative

Each of these reasons comes from HeyReach's own site:

  • It bills per sender until you reach the Agency plan, so a team of three or four pays the Growth rate for every account.
  • It sends on LinkedIn only. Email runs through native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, which means a second tool and a second bill.
  • Its integrations page lists HubSpot, Attio and Breakcold as CRMs, so Salesforce, Pipedrive and the rest go through Zapier, Make, n8n or the API.
  • Its help center asks you to warm up a new account by hand until it has "at least 100 connections" before you connect it.

These matter most for a small sales team, or for anyone whose replies need to land in a CRM without somebody copying them over.

Five reasons teams leave HeyReach and where to look for each: a lower price for one or two senders points to Omniscient, Waalaxy or Linked Helper; email in the same sequence points to Expandi, Skylead, La Growth Machine or lemlist; replies on a CRM record points to Omniscient; an agency plan with email built in points to Skylead Agency or Expandi Agency; automatic warmup points to Omniscient or Expandi

HeyReach's safety limits next to ours

Honestly, the most useful page we found was HeyReach's article on connection request limits. Its numbers sit remarkably close to the ones we chose for our own engine:

SettingHeyReach, from its help centerOmniscient, from our engine
Most invitations a day40, with 25 suggested once warmed up40, with 15 at the Normal pace
Most invitations a week200 per sender200 over a rolling 7 days, with 80 at the Normal pace
A brand new accountWarm it up by hand to 100 connections firstStarts at 5 a day and adds 2 a day on its own
Acceptance rateKeep it above 20%Half pace for 3 days when under 20% of a week's invitations are accepted, once 20 have gone out
LinkedIn pushes backWaits a couple of hours and tries again, or stops until Monday in Cooldown ModeHalf pace for 3 days, then back to full over 3 more
Working hoursA window of 8 to 12 hoursYour hours, with a lunch break and gaps of 3 to 12 minutes at the Normal pace

Both tools stop at 40 a day and 200 a week. LinkedIn doesn't publish its limits, so those numbers are ceilings each tool sets for itself, and our guide to the LinkedIn connection request limit explains where they come from.

The bigger difference is who acts on those numbers: in the help articles we read, HeyReach leaves the warmup and the acceptance rate to you. Our engine ramps a new account on its own and slows down when acceptance drops or LinkedIn rate limits it.

The 8 best HeyReach alternatives in 2026

1. Omniscient

Omniscient is a CRM and LinkedIn outreach software that drafts a message for each lead and sends only the messages you approve. Every reply lands in one Inbox next to the person's CRM record, and the CRM fills itself in from your email and calendar.

HeyReach pulls every account into one shared inbox, and we built Omniscient's Inbox around the CRM record instead. Each teammate connects their own LinkedIn account as a sender, and the sender's owner decides whether the whole team sees its threads or only they and your admins do.

Pacing is on for every sender from the first day:

  • A new account starts at 5 invitations a day and adds 2 more each day until it reaches your limit.
  • Actions go out in the sender's working hours, with a lunch break and random gaps of 3 to 12 minutes at the Normal pace.
  • Each day's real total lands between 80% and 100% of your limit, so the days don't all look the same.
  • When fewer than 20% of a week's invitations are accepted (once at least 20 went out), or LinkedIn starts rate limiting, the account drops to half pace for 3 days.
  • A person can be in only one live campaign at a time, so two teammates never message the same buyer at once.

Scout finds leads from a plain sentence and scores each one out of 100 for fit and timing. Otto, our agent, drafts each note from the person's role and recent activity. When someone replies, their outreach stops in every campaign.

Admittedly, Omniscient isn't the right fit if you rotate dozens of client accounts, since each campaign sends from one LinkedIn account and there's no white label. It also sends on LinkedIn only, with no email steps.

Paid seats start at $19 per seat a month, billed yearly, and the free trial lasts 14 days with no credit card. The LinkedIn Outbound page and the CRM page show the rest.

2. Expandi

Expandi is a LinkedIn automation software that runs outreach sequences from the cloud for sales teams and lead generation agencies. Its Business plan costs $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly, and the free trial lasts 7 days.

Expandi keeps the safety work and the email steps inside one tool:

  • The Business plan lists a dedicated IP address based in your country and an automatic profile warmup.
  • Sequences mix LinkedIn actions with email follow ups and branch on whether people accept, reply or engage.
  • A blacklist and duplicate checks keep you from contacting the same person twice.
  • The Agency plan starts at 10 seats with custom pricing and adds white label use, client reports, and roles and permissions.

Frankly, Expandi is the closest swap for a sales team that likes how HeyReach works but wants email without paying for Instantly or Smartlead on the side. We compare the two in detail in HeyReach vs Expandi.

3. Skylead

Skylead is a LinkedIn automation and cold email software that builds sequences with if/else conditions across both channels. The All-in-one plan costs $100 per seat a month and includes unlimited email accounts, up to 100,000 emails a month, email warmup and an email finder.

Interestingly, Skylead's agency pricing reads like a direct answer to HeyReach's:

  • The Agency plan costs $999 a month for 25 seats, or $1,999 a month for unlimited seats, both listed as a first year promotion.
  • It adds an agency dashboard, one inbox for every client conversation, client roles and permissions, and a white label option.
  • The free trial lasts 7 days.

Skylead suits an agency that wants the same flat price as HeyReach's Agency plan, with cold email already inside the seat. Ask what the promotion becomes in year two before you move every client over.

4. La Growth Machine

La Growth Machine is a sales automation software that runs multichannel sequences on LinkedIn, email, voice messages, calls and X. Basic costs €60 per identity a month for LinkedIn and email, and Pro costs €120 and adds calls and a unified inbox for both.

  • An identity is one person's set of accounts, and each one is billed separately.
  • Basic allows up to 3 identities, and Pro allows as many as you like.
  • Native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync comes with the Ultimate plan, which also adds X.
  • The free trial lasts 14 days with no card and covers 1 identity.

HeyReach charges for a LinkedIn sender and leaves email to another tool, while La Growth Machine charges for the person and covers every channel they use. It suits a team where each rep owns their own LinkedIn profile and inbox, and its Agency plan asks for at least 6 identities.

5. lemlist

lemlist is a sales engagement software that finds leads and runs campaigns across email, LinkedIn and calls, with WhatsApp and SMS available as extras. LinkedIn steps need the Multichannel plan at $87 per user a month, billed yearly, since the Email plan has no LinkedIn automation.

  • LinkedIn actions cover profile visits, follows, invitations, text messages, voice messages and InMail.
  • Multichannel includes 5 senders per user.
  • The FAQ lists a free trial of 14 days, with Multichannel features and 200 credits.

Personally, we'd pick lemlist when email is your main channel and LinkedIn is the second touch. If most replies come from LinkedIn, a tool built around LinkedIn will suit you better.

6. Dripify

Dripify is a LinkedIn automation software that runs drip campaigns of LinkedIn and email steps with a visual sequence builder. Pro costs $79 per user a month, or $59 billed yearly, and Advanced costs $99, or $79 billed yearly.

  • Every plan puts email steps next to invitations, messages, InMails and profile views.
  • Team management, roles and a check that stops duplicate outreach across teammates come only with Advanced.
  • Pro already includes a HubSpot integration, an open API and an MCP server.
  • The free trial lasts 7 days, needs no card and charges nothing when it ends.

On monthly billing, Pro costs the same as one HeyReach Growth sender, with email steps included. Its daily quota goes up to 75 connection requests, which we'd treat as a ceiling, since HeyReach and Omniscient both stop at 40.

7. Waalaxy

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn outreach software that sends invitations and follow ups from simple campaigns with monthly quotas. Its Pro plan costs €19 per user a month for 300 invitations a month, and Advanced costs €49 for 800.

  • Business, at €69 a month, adds cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits a month.
  • A LinkedIn inbox is an optional extra at €20 a month.
  • Every paid plan starts with a free trial of 14 days.

Happily, monthly quotas keep a beginner in a modest range, which makes Waalaxy a gentle first tool for a founder doing outreach alone.

8. Linked Helper

Linked Helper is a LinkedIn automation software that runs as a desktop app on your own computer or on a server you rent. Standard costs $15 per LinkedIn account a month on a monthly term, with up to 45% off on a 12 month term.

  • One license covers one LinkedIn account, and agencies can split clients into workspaces with each client as a view only guest.
  • Standard caps eleven advanced actions, such as group messages and likes, at 20 a day, and Pro lifts those caps.
  • Native integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
  • The trial gives 14 days of full Pro access with no card, and nothing renews on its own.

Luckily for anyone with many accounts and a tight budget, it's the lowest price per account on this list. In return, your computer, or a server you rent, has to stay on during your working hours.

HeyReach alternatives compared

Pricing models vary more than the headline numbers suggest, so here's how each tool bills at its starting price.

How HeyReach and its alternatives bill: per LinkedIn account for HeyReach Growth, La Growth Machine and Linked Helper; per seat or user for Omniscient, Waalaxy, Dripify, lemlist, Expandi and Skylead; a flat price for a team of senders for HeyReach Agency, Skylead Agency and HeyReach Unlimited

Past the price, these are the questions we'd ask first:

How to switch from HeyReach without risking your accounts

Moving a LinkedIn account between tools is the moment we'd watch most closely, because its history comes along with it. Here's the order we'd follow, and our guide to automating LinkedIn outreach without getting restricted covers pacing in depth:

  1. 01
    Pause HeyReach first

HeyReach's help center says not to run other LinkedIn automation tools alongside it, and two tools on one account can double its pace.

  2. 02
    Save who you've contacted

Export your lead lists and replies, so the new tool skips anyone who already heard from you.

  3. 03
    Bring your opt outs

Load your do not contact list before the first campaign, so it holds across every import.

  4. 04
    Restart slower than you ended

Treat the first week like a warmup, even on an old account, and raise limits once acceptance holds above 20%.

  5. 05
Withdraw only what you're done with

Clear requests unanswered for two weeks or more, and keep the ones you still hope will land.

  6. 06
    Test the reply path

Have a colleague answer a test message and confirm it lands on the right CRM record.

LinkedIn's page on invitation restrictions lists too many outstanding invitations as one cause. It also says you can't invite the same person again for up to three weeks after a withdrawal, which is why step 5 stays selective.

Thankfully, a careful tool handles part of this for you. Before every invitation, our engine checks the relationship on LinkedIn, so someone still holding a request from your HeyReach days doesn't get a second one.

A send that times out is never retried on its own either. We chose that because a missing message is easy to fix by hand, and a doubled one can't be taken back.

Questions about HeyReach alternatives

What is the best HeyReach alternative?

It depends on why you're leaving. Omniscient fits small teams that want outreach and a CRM together, and Expandi or Skylead fit teams that want email in the same sequence. For the lowest price per account, look at Linked Helper.

Is there a cheaper alternative to HeyReach?

For one or two senders, yes. HeyReach's Growth plan costs $79 per sender a month. Linked Helper starts at $15 per LinkedIn account, Waalaxy at €19 per user and Omniscient at $19 per seat billed yearly.

Does HeyReach have its own CRM?

No. Its integrations page lists HubSpot, Attio and Breakcold, and other CRMs connect through Zapier, Make, n8n or its API.

How many connection requests can HeyReach send per day?

HeyReach lets a sender go up to 40 connection requests a day, suggests 25 once the account is warmed up, and caps each sender at 200 a week. LinkedIn doesn't publish its own limit.
