Waalaxy is a LinkedIn outreach software that sends invitations and follow ups from simple campaigns, with an invitation quota on each plan. If you're comparing Waalaxy alternatives, you've probably outgrown the Pro quota, or you'd like email and a CRM without paying for each one separately.

We built the LinkedIn sending engine inside Omniscient this year, and much of that work went into the question Waalaxy answers with its quotas: how many invitations a day is sensible. Below are the eight tools we'd shortlist, with what each one costs and who it suits.

How Waalaxy works in 2026

In a help article dated July 1, 2026, Waalaxy says its Chrome extension has left the Chrome Web Store and that "Waalaxy runs 100% in the cloud." You now run campaigns from the web app with nothing to install.

Here's what each plan includes, from Waalaxy's pricing page and its help article on plans:

Waalaxy planPrice on the yearly tabInvitationsWhat it adds
Pro€19 per user a month11 a day, about 300 a monthLinkedIn sequences, CRM sync and 25 email finder credits a month
Advanced€49 per user a month80 to 100 a day, at most 200 a weekThe API, Make, Zapier and n8n modules, and live chat
Business€69 per user a monthThe same as AdvancedCold email sequences, LinkedIn and email campaigns, and 500 email finder credits a month

A few details matter when you compare prices:

  • You pay for each LinkedIn account you attach, per Waalaxy's Team plan article.
  • The Inbox, with reply templates, reminders, tags and filters, is an optional extra at €20 a month.
  • Every paid plan offers a 14 day free trial.
  • The pricing page opens on yearly billing, which it says saves up to 50%, and quarterly billing takes 20% off.

The help center also gives Business a standard price of €139 a month, which may vary by country, so check the monthly price at checkout.

What Waalaxy does well

Waalaxy is aimed at people who are new to outreach, and its homepage says "75% of our users had never done LinkedIn outreach before." You can see that focus in the product:

  • Quotas set a modest pace for you, so there's little to tune in your first week.
  • Every plan includes ready sequence templates, automated follow ups, unlimited campaigns and CSV imports and exports.
  • CRM sync comes with every plan, with HubSpot and Pipedrive named on the homepage and Make, Zapier and n8n for other tools.

Honestly, for a founder sending a few hundred invitations a month, that's a tidy package. If the Pro pace suits you and you don't need cold email, staying with Waalaxy is a sensible choice.

Why people look for a Waalaxy alternative

Each reason below comes from Waalaxy's own pages:

  • Pro allows 11 invitations a day, so any faster pace means moving up to Advanced.
  • Cold email sequences come only with Business, the highest plan with a listed price.
  • The Inbox costs extra, so keeping every reply in one place adds a second charge to your plan.
  • Replies reach your CRM through a sync, which means your CRM is another tool with its own bill.
  • The prices you see first are yearly rates, so monthly billing costs more.

Here's where we'd look first for each reason:

  • You want LinkedIn replies on the same record as emails and meetings: Omniscient.
  • You email and call as much as you message: La Growth Machine.
  • Your outreach starts in email and LinkedIn comes second: lemlist.
  • You mostly want a better LinkedIn inbox: Kanbox.
  • You want email steps on the starting plan and simple team controls: Dripify.
  • You want a dedicated IP and an automatic warmup: Expandi.
  • You run many client accounts: HeyReach.
  • You want the lowest price per account and a desktop app is fine: Linked Helper.

Waalaxy's invitation quotas next to our pacing

Waalaxy's article on quotas says its daily quotas are "independent of the weekly quotas imposed by LinkedIn," and your actions stop when you hit either one. LinkedIn doesn't publish its own number, and its help page says only that hitting the limit can restrict your invitations for a time that "typically lasts one week."

Daily invitation ceilings for one LinkedIn account. Waalaxy Pro: 11 a day, about 300 a month. Waalaxy Advanced and Business: up to 100 a day, at most 200 a week. Omniscient at the Careful pace: 10 a day and 60 a week. At the Normal pace, the default: 15 a day and 80 a week. At the Fast pace: 25 a day and 150 a week. Omniscient's highest setting: 40 a day and 200 a week.
Ceilings from Waalaxy's help center and Omniscient's sender settings. LinkedIn publishes no number.

Interestingly, the two products meet on the weekly ceiling, since Waalaxy's Advanced plan and our highest setting both stop at 200 invitations a week. The gap is the daily peak, where Waalaxy allows up to 100 in one day and our engine stops at 40.

Under that ceiling, our engine shapes each day on its own:

  • Each day's total lands between 80% and 100% of your limit, the same range Waalaxy's help center gives for its own daily quotas.
  • A new account starts at 5 invitations a day and adds 2 a day, and the warmup starts over after a reconnect or a restriction.
  • Once 20 invitations have gone out in a week, an acceptance rate under 20% drops the account to half pace for 3 days, and a rate limit from LinkedIn does the same. Then it climbs back to full over 3 more days.
  • A profile view goes out 1 to 4 hours before each invitation, unless you turn that setting off.
  • Actions keep a random gap of 3 to 12 minutes at the Normal pace, inside your working hours and around a lunch break.

We chose the lower daily peak on purpose. LinkedIn's page on invitation restrictions names "many invitations within a short amount of time" as one cause, so we spread a week's invitations across your working days.

Our sender settings recommend 100 or fewer invitations a week, or up to 150 to 200 with Sales Navigator. The trade is speed: at the Normal pace of 80 a week, a list of 400 people takes at least five weeks to invite. A tool with a higher ceiling sends faster and carries more of the risk that LinkedIn steps in.

Every tool on this list automates LinkedIn, ours included. LinkedIn's prohibited software page says members who use such tools "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down." Our guide to the LinkedIn connection request limit explains where the common weekly numbers come from.

The 8 best Waalaxy alternatives in 2026

1. Omniscient

Omniscient is a CRM and LinkedIn outreach software that drafts a message for each lead and sends only what your team approves. Replies land in one Inbox next to the person's CRM record, and the CRM fills itself in from your email and calendar.

A Waalaxy campaign usually starts with a LinkedIn search you import. In Omniscient, it starts in Scout:

  • You describe your buyer in one sentence, and Scout finds the people who match.
  • Each lead gets a score out of 100, with up to 60 points for fit and up to 40 for timing signals like hiring or a new role.
  • One click turns the people you pick into a campaign.

Otto, our agent, then drafts each message from what the person posted, a new role, company news, or simply their role and company. You approve each person's messages yourself, or approve everyone who's ready at once when you launch. Editing a message after its approval clears it, so the text that sends is always text someone approved.

A few rules hold in every campaign:

  • A person can be in only one live campaign at a time, and a reply stops their outreach in every campaign.
  • Before each invitation, the engine checks the relationship on LinkedIn, so a person with a pending request isn't sent a second one, and existing connections move straight to the message.
  • If someone doesn't accept within the wait you set, the sequence ends for them, and it can withdraw the request first.

Admittedly, Omniscient's campaigns run on LinkedIn only, so if Waalaxy Business's cold email steps matter most to you, La Growth Machine or lemlist will fit better. Each campaign also sends from one LinkedIn account, which suits a small team more than an agency rotating dozens of client senders.

Paid seats start at $19 per seat a month, billed yearly, and the free trial lasts 14 days with no credit card. See the LinkedIn Outbound and CRM pages for more, or our roundup of LinkedIn outreach tools with a CRM.

2. La Growth Machine

La Growth Machine is a sales automation software that runs multichannel sequences on LinkedIn, email, calls and X. Basic costs €60 per identity a month, or €50 on yearly billing, and covers LinkedIn and email. Pro costs €120, or €100 yearly, and adds calls plus one inbox for LinkedIn and email.

  • An identity is one person's set of accounts, and each one is billed separately.
  • Basic includes an AI writing assistant, AI voice messages and 250 enriched leads a month.
  • Native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync needs Ultimate, at €180 a month or €150 yearly, which also adds X.
  • The free trial lasts 14 days with no card and covers 1 identity.

Personally, we'd look here first if Waalaxy's Business plan is the one you'd otherwise need, since email steps come with La Growth Machine's starting plan.

3. lemlist

lemlist is a sales engagement software that runs sequences across email, LinkedIn and calls from one place. Its Multichannel plan, the one with LinkedIn steps, costs $109 per user a month, or $87 billed yearly.

On that plan, LinkedIn steps cover profile visits, follows, invitations, text and voice messages, and InMail. You also get 5 email senders per user and a built in call dialer, and HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations come with every plan.

The FAQ lists a 14 day trial of the Multichannel features with 200 free credits, and a banner on the page offers 30 days. lemlist suits a team whose outreach starts in email, with LinkedIn as the second channel.

4. Kanbox

Kanbox is a LinkedIn automation software that combines lead imports, automated sequences, a smart LinkedIn inbox and Kanban pipelines. Starter costs $20 a month, or $12 billed yearly, and Essential costs $45 a month, or $30 per LinkedIn account billed yearly.

  • Starter runs 1 campaign at a time and imports up to 300 leads a month.
  • Essential runs 3 campaigns at once, imports 600 leads a month and adds team accounts.
  • Pro costs $80 a month, or $50 per account billed yearly, and adds webhooks and the API.
  • The smart inbox and unlimited Kanban pipelines come with every plan.
  • The free trial lasts 15 days with no credit card.

Happily, every Kanbox plan includes the kind of inbox Waalaxy sells as an extra. Its pricing page names no CRM integrations, only webhooks and an API on Pro, so check how your CRM would get the data.

5. Dripify

Dripify is a LinkedIn automation software that runs drip campaigns mixing LinkedIn and email steps. Pro costs $79 per user a month, or $59 billed yearly, and Advanced costs $99, or $79 billed yearly.

  • Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, the same way Waalaxy licenses work.
  • Pro includes LinkedIn and email sequences, 100 email finder credits a month, and HubSpot, webhook and Zapier integrations.
  • Team management needs Advanced, and the 7 day free trial runs on Advanced with no credit card.

Dripify puts email steps on its starting plan, where Waalaxy keeps them for Business. Its pricing page lists a daily quota of 75 connection requests, a high ceiling we'd stay well under.

6. Expandi

Expandi is a LinkedIn automation software that runs outreach sequences from the cloud, with a dedicated IP address in your country for each seat. The Business plan costs $99 per seat a month, or $79 a month on annual billing.

  • One sequence mixes connection requests, messages and email follow ups.
  • An automatic profile warmup starts each new account slowly.
  • The Agency plan starts at 10 seats, is priced on request and adds white label use and client reports.

Thankfully, Expandi sets up the IP address and the warmup for you. Its free trial lasts 7 days, so plan your test week before you sign up.

7. HeyReach

HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation software that runs outreach from many LinkedIn accounts at once, with every reply in one unified inbox. Growth costs $79 per sender a month, or $64 billed yearly, and each sender comes with a dedicated residential proxy and 100 enrichment credits.

  • Agency costs $999 a month for 25 senders, adds white label and asks you to bring your own proxies.
  • Unlimited costs $2,999 a month, with a fair use cap of 300 senders.
  • Every plan includes the API, webhooks, an MCP server and native Instantly and Smartlead integrations for cold email.
  • The free trial lasts 14 days with no card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts.

One flat price across 25 senders makes Agency a strong fit for agencies, and more tool than a founder with one account needs.

8. Linked Helper

Linked Helper is a LinkedIn automation software that runs as a desktop app on your own computer or on a server you control. Standard costs $15 per LinkedIn account a month on a monthly term, and a 12 month term takes 45% off.

  • The pricing page says the machine "has to be on with the app running," and your LinkedIn session stays on that machine.
  • Native integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Close.
  • Standard caps several advanced actions at 20 a day, sending contacts to a CRM among them, and Pro lifts those caps.
  • The trial gives 14 days of full Pro access with no card, and nothing renews on its own.

Luckily, its price per account is the lowest on this list, as long as you're happy to keep a computer on while you send.

How to switch from Waalaxy without losing your place

A LinkedIn account carries its history into any new tool, including pending invitations and its recent pace. Some things leave Waalaxy with you, and some you rebuild:

What carries over when you leave Waalaxy. Prospect lists: export them as CSV before your access ends. Sequences and templates: copy your messages, then rebuild the steps. Pending invitations: they stay on LinkedIn, and a careful tool checks them before it invites. Past conversations: they stay in LinkedIn's own messaging. CRM sync: connect the new tool, or pick one with a CRM inside. Your sending pace: warm the account up again in the new tool.

Here's the order we'd follow for one account:

  1. 01
    Export your prospect lists

Waalaxy's pricing page lists CSV exports on every plan, so save each list while your paid access lasts.

  2. 02
    Copy your best messages

Save your templates in a document, since you'll rebuild each sequence.

  3. 03
Stop campaigns, then turn off renewal

Waalaxy's FAQ says you cancel by turning off auto renewal and keep access until the end of your billing period.

  4. 04
Connect the account once Waalaxy is quiet

Two tools sending from one account at the same time add up to a pace neither one planned.

  5. 05
    Restart slower than you ended

Treat the first week like a warmup, even on an old account, and raise limits once acceptance holds above 20%.

  6. 06
    Withdraw old invitations with care

LinkedIn's help page on withdrawing says you can't invite the same person again for up to three weeks.

Fortunately, our engine checks the relationship on LinkedIn before every invitation, so someone still holding your old Waalaxy request isn't sent a second one.

LinkedIn's page on invitation restrictions also lists many ignored or pending invitations as a cause. Our guide to the safest LinkedIn automation tools covers the other settings worth checking in your first month.

Questions about Waalaxy alternatives

What is the best alternative to Waalaxy?

It depends on why you're leaving: Omniscient for outreach and a CRM together, La Growth Machine or lemlist if you also email and call, HeyReach for agencies, and Linked Helper for the lowest price per account.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Waalaxy?

Linked Helper starts at $15 per LinkedIn account a month, and Kanbox Starter costs $20 a month, or $12 billed yearly. Waalaxy Pro shows €19 per user a month on its yearly tab, so compare it with other tools' yearly prices.

Is Waalaxy still a Chrome extension?

No. In a help article dated July 1, 2026, Waalaxy says its extension has left the Chrome Web Store and that Waalaxy now runs 100% in the cloud.

How many invitations can Waalaxy send per week?

Waalaxy's help center gives Pro 11 invitations a day, about 300 a month, and Advanced and Business 80 to 100 a day with at most 200 a week. LinkedIn doesn't publish its own limit.
